Re-Slating At Thistle Court In The New Town 1993

1993

About this memory

The two-storey building the slaters are working on was erected in 1767. It was the first building to be constructed as part of James Craig's master plan for the New Town of Edinburgh.

The slaters (City Roofing) spent several weeks re-slating this intricate roof.
