Young heritage detectives!

This picture shows a party of young learners from the Cowgate Under5s Centre, based in Old Assembly Close, to Riddle's Court in February, 2016.
The children met some of the site workers; saw and heard activity on the site. They loved wearing the hard hats and high-vis vests!
On the way, we looked at the buildings of the High Street, noting the shapes and forms in the architecture.
Here they are meeting one of the builders who is showing items from his tool belt!
