About this memory

2010 – The Tracks we finished were all popular HIPPLE Songs from the Sixties which were,

Keep Your Hands Of My Baby
Treat her right
Time Is On My Side
Poison Ivy

We continued to get together every month for a rehearsal and began to build a small repertoire of material.

At this stage we had been playing purely for our own enjoyment and satisfaction for nearly 12 months, with the exception of David, we all had wives, children and grandchildren some of whom were not around, at the time of Hipple People popularity but without exception they were intrigued by the fact that we were doing this and were enjoying this revival of our old experiences.

At this point most of our immediate families had heard many of the tales from the sixties and were quizzing us “can you still play? and how it was all going.
