The forms had to be kept for up to 3 weeks in case a customer phoned to let us know that he had tested positive with Coronavirus. We then would get in touch with other Customers who had been in that day to explain that they had to Self Isolate.
Also on the table was a Sanitiser for Customers to apply to their hands.
