About this memory

This is no. 8 Queen Street, the oldest building on Edinburgh’s Queen Street and one of the oldest in the New Town. It was designed by the renowned architect, Robert Adam in the 1770s. No 8. is part of the Royal College of Physicians and was bought to expand their premises at no. 9 Queen Street.
