About this memory

1950 – in hugh Georgian houses built around 1865 with large Private Landscaped Gardens provided for the Gentry, which was on the very fringe of Dean Path and also on the North Side of the rest of the Dean Village.

Their Owners didn’t have Dickensian condition’s – Outside Toilets, as we Villagers living in Dean Path, part of the Well Court and over at the Hawthorn, that had to endure these daily hardship’s, over many decades.
