The photo is part of an exhibition organised by the City Art Centre in 1985. It was the first exhibition in a series as part of the Centre’s Open Space Policy that aimed to bring community groups uptown to show the rest of the city what was being produced in different areas.

This photo is taken at Sighthill playing fields. Wester Hailes teams probably used it sometimes, and there would have been matches between different south west teams.
