Grandpa with siblings & parents 1910

Grandpa with siblings & parents 1910

About this memory

My grandpa (back row 3rd from left) with his 9 siblings and parents who ran a grocery store at 57 Causewayside, Edinburgh, called Meikles, or the The Causewayside Tea Warehouse from the 1880s up until the late 1930s. This pic was taken in 1910 just before William one of his brothers (backrow 2nd from right) emigrated to Canada. Taken in a studio in Newington Edinburgh
