About this memory

2000 – over Edinburgh from Turnhouse Airport. I was chuft. At the time I worked for the Royal Insurance Company based in 107 George Street, Edinburgh. The Raffle was held because of the brand new opening of Alexander’s Garage in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

I remember when I taxied down the runway turning the wheel right was ok but turning the wheel left, my stomach felt sick. It was difficult trying to see over the nose of the Plane but it was quite an experience.
