About this memory

1959 – When 33 Dean Path was to be demolished, the Edinburgh Council rehoused the families in various parts of the city.

Mrs Young was rehoused in a brand new house at 35 Balm Well Avenue, Gracemount, Edinburgh.

Left to right – Mrs Weir – Convenient Court / Dean Path, Teresa Brash – Dean Path, Mrs Young with her sons Reggie & Brian at the back, and my Mum – Dean Path. I took this photo.
