My Uncle Tom told me that my Father was testing a Gloster Gladiator

About this memory

1937 – Single Engine Fighter Plane which had just been assembled from the Crate.

It was the 3 Gladiators “Faith”, “Hope”, & “Charity” that were formed for the defence of Malta for the forthcoming Second World War.

He told me also that my Father flew “Vinys Planes” from Abu Suir on Training Missions. The Viny was a twin engined Bomber.
