Newington Cemetery is just across the road from where I live. I love the place. It’s a tranquil, green haven in the middle of Edinburgh next to a busy road. I like the fact it is somewhat overgrown. Apart from the romantic cemetery the wildlife is spectacular. Plenty of birds and insects. I regularly visit to relax and checkout what can be found.
