About this memory

which steamed up to the Baltic, to Riga in Latvia and Jacobstad in Finland. The Steamer brought back Timber Logs to the Port of Leith for use as Props in the Coal Mines.

Captain Skea of the Elphinstone became a great Family friend. On one of his trips Grandpa brought back a Lamp shaped like a Lighthouse for his Son Tom. Tom still had the Lamp at aged 88. (1933 )
