Rolling Barrels In The Distillery Yard At Gorgie And Dalry 1991
1991

About this memory
The North British Distillery made large quantities of grain whisky for blending. This photograph looks down from the distillery into the cooperage yard. The site also had bonded warehouses, facilities for filling barrels, and a small cooperage.
The North British Distillery moved its operations to West Calder in the early 2000’s.
