Edinburgh is a wonderful place to live, which is built on a very human scale, with the many parks helping to provide the city’s residents with space to connect with nature and “breathe”. I love this photograph, because it shows that even in the darkest depths of winter that a fleeting patch of sunlight can transform Edinburgh once more into a magical place.
