About this memory

Team founded in 1960, joined the League in 1961.

Track was in car park of the Sighthill Inn, Calder Road, Edinburgh 11.

Another track is now the car park of the St John Ogilvie Catholic Church, Sighthill Drive.

At the end of 1967 moved to new track at Whinhill Park, on the Saughton Road, now has houses built on the site.

Raced in the Edinburgh Autumn League 1961 and in the Edinburgh & Lothians League Div 1 in 1964.

Club Disbanded in 1970.

Individual Honours.
In 1963 Don Moir won the Branston Trophy, with Tam Daly 3rd.
In 1966 Tom Daly won the Leicester Minors Derby Trophy, runner up.
In 1970 Jack Pinkerton came runner up in National Individual Final.
Team Honours.
1963/64/65/66/67/69 won Edinburgh & Lothian League Div 1.
In 1963 out of 22 league matches won 21 & drew one
In 1964 won all 14 matches
In 1965 won all 16 league matches.

In 1963 also won the Knock Out Cup

IN 1964/1965 won the cup final.

1966 National Team Champions, beating Offerton Devils 50 – 46 at Eastleigh Park, Southampton, Hants.
