About this memory

1969 – Located at no 29 Dean Path. Access to the Tannery shop was through the door which was at ground level.

(This tenement was previously occupied for many years by Mrs Weir and she was the last tenant to leave.)

When the Tannery moved to Kinghorn in Fife in 1973 it was decided to retain the building as the Families offices, “as a link to tradition.”
