“My father is with fourteen-year-old Robert Martin. They were patients at the City Hospital (then known as Colinton Hospital) and Robert was dying. He wanted a suit before he died. My Mum and Dad bought him a new outfit of suit, shirt, and shoes for £3.” – Margartet Brodie (née McKinnon)
