About this memory

1955 – Robert in his white clothes is on the left and I am on the far side next to Jean Kent. The other people around the car are friends of Tom’s filling the racing car with petrol. Bob Welsh is pictured behind Jean Kent.

The Evening Times Newspaper, Tuesday July 26 1955 reported the following ” Tom Legget has an Austin Martin and a Self Built Special he calls “The Crocus”. His navigator is Bob Welsh of the Edinburgh Police Traffic Department.”
