Women And Child Standing In Garden At Port Bannatyne c.1926

About this memory

Mrs Campbell, Mrs Millar, and Mrs Magnus Jamieson, with Betty Jamieson, her granddaughter.

Mr and Mrs Millar came on holiday from Glasgow, staying with my Grannie Jamieson during August. She was a professional singer and was always asked to sing at the Sunday morning service in our church, St Ninian’s.

“Mrs Campbell was Grannie’s neighbour. Grannie is the one with the lace ‘cuffs’.” – Betty Murdoch
