I remember from the Calders and classmates from Wester Hailes school, Brenda Waters, John Guthrie, Joey Patterson, Lorna Hardy, Laura Gail Forsyth, Charlie Lovat, Esther Glass, Ian Renwick, Billy Thorpe, Gavin Montgomery, David McMillan, John Harker, teacher Mrs Elliot, the shops were Bennett’s ,Greaves, J.C. Gardeners which was the post office and sweet shop across the road was a bakery.
