Watching Spey Street demolished
1950
I remember sitting on the roof of a garage in Spey Street Lane with other kids as our homes were torn down by ‘Hunters Demolition’. I haven’t read anything anywhere, about or by, anyone else from Spey Street. Is there anyone out there from 1950 till the demolition or, after that, from James Street (later named Spey Terrace)? love to hear your memories
