“I am wearing an overall and court shoes because I have passed my nursery nurses exams. The others are in uniform because they are still training.

“Greta is next to me in the middle. We became very close friends for many years. She now lives in Sydney, Australia.” – Betty MacKintosh (née Webster) 2002.
